Meadowsweet- Anti-inflammatory and natural remedy for pains in joints and muscles. Gentle and soothing to the digestive tract.

Saint John’s Wort- Great for nerve pain and also helps reduce anxiety and depression and has anti-inflammatory properties

Ginger Root- Adds natural flavor as well as a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

For Chronic, acute, or long term conditions: You can split the recommended dosage in two parts: half dose in the morning and half dose in the evening. For chronic and long term, follow the recommended 5 days of dosing then 2 days rest for as long as the pet needs. This is recommended for dogs with diagnosed long term ailments. For preventative pain relief (such as if you have an athletic, working dog) follow the recommended 2 days a week that is on the label.

How long to see results and what if I am not seeing desired results: Results vary case by case, some see improvement in a couple days while others can take 2-3 weeks for maximum benefit. If you do not see improvement in that time frame you can increase the dosage up to 50% (I recommend starting at 25% and go to 50% if you don’t see improvement after another week). If the condition does not improve, I recommend seeing your trusted veterinarian to explore any underlying illness or injury that may need more aggressive, conventional medicine.

Can I give herbal remedies to my pet on medications: The short answer is yes, most herbal remedies will not interfere with herbal remedies. If you are concerned about a certain medication reaction, before purchase please reach out and I can check your pets’ medication for reaction to any of WPW’s natural herbal remedies. Alternatively, you can always call your trusted veterinarian as well.

Disclaimer: If your pet is in extreme pain which is noted by not being able to touch the area without negative response from the pet, distressed vocalizations, lameness, inability to walk, extreme panting, whining, and/or lethargy. This is a medical emergency and you should seek your local veterinarian for treatment. No over the counter product can help a medical emergency in a pet.
