GROOMING FAQ

  • We are not mobile nor do we offer pick up and/or drop off services.

  • Since I work one on one with no helpers, bigger dogs can be difficult and harder to handle in situations of resistance and/or aggression.

  • I am currently not grooming cats due to cats often needing an extra pair of hands.

  • I do but for active clients who also receive bath and/or haircut services, I will accommodate nail trim only services between grooming appointments.

  • I do not. My herbal products are designed for home use and contain herbals that may not be the best choice universally for all pets. I do use carefully selected, natural, and beneficial products that can be used for most pets without potential reaction or issue. Though my herbal products are designed to be beneficially for most, I have to think about that small percentage.

  • You can not. Not only is it a distraction that can lead to injury for the pet but my insurance does not cover owners or non-insured persons to be within the space especially when services are being rendered. I will not make an exception. Please seek out an “In Home” groomer to groom from the comforts of inside your own home. Thank you

  • Upon making an appointment you will get an exact address privately. The service address is roughly by the Deptford Mall in NJ. This is to protect my personal location and safety.

  • I accept cash, venmo, or PayPal invoice. I do not accept card payments outside of venmo or PayPal, checks, gift cards, zelle, or cash app.

Tincture, Soap, Other Product, and Info FAQ

  • I do! There is a minimum order associated which can be discussed as it depends on the type of product. Please reach out to us at WildPawWellnessLLC@gmail.com to inquire.

  • Once opened it is preferred tinctures are kept in the fridge. Tinctures are effective for 3 years after the born date on the bottle.

  • Every pet is different and if you are using products without a formal diagnosis from your trusted vet, results can very a lot. If you are doing the herbal regime by the instructions including the modified heavier concentrated instructions listed on the listing. You should see results within 2-4 weeks. If you are not seeing results, it is recommended to go to your trusted veterinarian and discuss possible underlying issues that herbals cannot address.

    This goes for soaps and topicals as well. Though soaps and topicals you should see a difference within a week.

  • There is a small amount of medications in which herbals can interact with herbals. A good example is it is not good practice to use NSAID like herbs with actual prescription NSAIDS. If you have a question about a medication interacting with an herbal product, please reach out to us at WildPawWellnessLLC@gmail.com with all the medications your pet is on and what product(s) you are inquiring and I can let you know if there is a possible reaction. Alternatively you can ask your trusted veterinarian.

  • I ship Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays. There is a chance I may ship on weekends or off days especially if there is a holiday that week.

  • I do offer local pick up and all local pick up orders can be placed and paid for via cash, venmo, or PayPal invoice by texting 609-922-8935 or contacting up through WildPawWellnessLLC@gmail.com or if we are at an in-person local event, you can place an order before the event to be picked up at the events. In-person events are announced on our Facebook page and Instagram.
